We're a full-service dental office located in DeForest Wisconsin, just a short drive from Madison, the capital city, and Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. We provide comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry procedures to our patients.

Insurance
Q. What insurance plans do you accept?
A. Because of the numerous insurance plans utilized by employers, we encourage our patients to contact the human resources department regarding the specifics of each plan. Traditional fee-for-service (individual) insurance does not penalize patients who seek dental treatment in our office.
We do participate with Delta Dental. Other types of plans may provide limited benefits for those patients seeking "out-of-network" care. In order to be assured you are comfortable with your dental benefits in relation to this office, we suggest that you speak directly with your employer and/or insurance company.
